too much colour

After making my latest card I think I should start to consider the old addage 'less is more' ....hehe. I was after making a congratulations card and wanted a nice happy feel, summery. This is what the result was:

but it hasnt come out how i wanted it to. Ah well there is always tomorrow ! The image is one from Pink Cat Studios. The rest of the bits and bobs are from my stash - I really cant remember what most is ! The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Thanks for popping and having a peek ! Will probably enter this into the Inspirational Card Sketches challenge as it was their sketch I used.
